We always talk about media critics ones who cover movies, music, and books. Believe it or not there are people out there who do makeup reviews on products for millions to watch. The main platform for these reviews is Youtube where makeup artists that have 8 million or more followers who watch them on a weekly basis. The Masked Singer aired its first episode on January 2, 2019 and is getting some big time reviews. The show is hosted by well known television host Nick Cannon and features a panel of four judges. The judges this season are Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger. The show portrays celebrities dressed in obnoxious costumes covering their whole body and face. Currently the show is on it's fifth week of competition and is going to continue as the competition progresses. Throughout the show twelve celebrities will compete against each other in "face off rounds" where one will be put up for elimination and the other will be safe for the week after performing a song of their choice. The celebrity or "the masked singer" will first have to perform a song on their own. Cody Johnson now age 31 from Huntsville, Texas who started playing guitar at age 12, has continued to promote his music career as the years go by.  I have been listening to him for a few years now his new album "Ain't Nothin' To It" was released on January 18, 2019. However, a few songs were released earlier as singles and are now included in the album. This is Johnson's seventh album he's released and with each album he brings more and more to the table. His first six albums were self released this one was his first album released with a record label. He released this most recent album with Warner Music Nashville for his major-label debut.
